Our priority is you. We want to provide you with the largest range of socks, tights and hosiery there is. If we don’t have it - tell us and we’ll try and get it. We want to impress you and make your online experience a positive one, whether you buy from us or not. Customer service is our priority, but words are cheap. We actually do it!

Security - Is it safe to shop? How secure is the website?
Yes it is safe to shop and it is very secure. Arguably our website is more secure than withdrawing money from an ATM.
We enagage the services of Australia's leading e-commerce payment gateway (eWay) to ensure our customers financial information is protected.
Our e-Commerce website utilises an SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificate, which is a globally accepted technology that helps a customer to confirm the website they are dealing with is secure. SSL certificates secure customers’ online transactions by encrypting credit card and personal information and providing a safe route of communication for your online payments.
How can I make sure the website is secure?
If you are still worried (and it's okay if you are, it's your money) have a look in the URL (that's the web address line at the top of the page) when you checkout. The URL will begin with https:// meaning it's secure. If you don't see https:// and a padlock in the bottom right corner of the webpage ,this means the site isn't secure and you probably shouldn't risk shopping. You'll notice our website has both present, which means it's very safe. The technology used by our website is the same as the big banks so it's safe.
Shopping - How to place an order?
Via our website: Simply select an item(s), add it to your cart, select checkout, then follow the prompts to enter your shipping details, payment information and any comments. You can purchase as a guest or create an account. The choice is yours. Once you have placed your order a confirmation email will be sent to you.
Problems/Need Help: We have chosen to provide our customer service completely via email. We believe this will enable us to provide you with a better service and allow us to share more information about products than perhaps we could ever do over the telephone. We do not outsource our email response, we do it all so you can be confident that you will be speaking to one of the Socks for Living team. We have set ourselves a goal to answer your email within 15 minutes, Monday to Friday 9.00 am – 6 pm, Saturday 9 am – 1 pm all year with exception of Christmas day. Outside of those hours, we will still respond, albeit a little slower (12-24 hours). Depending on your question or the help you require we can also contact you directly via phone.

Payment Options?
We accept all major credit cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB and Diners. If you would prefer to pay via direct bank deposit or are uncomfortable providing your credit card details over the Internet, please contact us at customerservice@socksforliving.com so we can discuss alternative arrangements.
Note we do not accept cheques and all transactions are processed in AUD dollars.
How to find your correct Size?
Simply look at the sizing tab for the product you are interested in. It is important to remember socks and shoes are measured differently depending on where you buy them. Sometimes, the size varies depending on the brand and the county they are manufactured in.
To make the job of finding your size easier we have provided sizing tables within each product. Should you still have questions or perhaps are not quite 100% please email us at customerservice@socksforliving.com and we will help you choose the best size for you.
